Job Title:  Recruitment Administrator

Location:  Belfast- BT12

Salary and Benefits:  Salary UP TO £26K per annum

Hours of work: Office Based- Mon -Fri 9am -5pm

Employment Type- Permanent

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful Healthcare Agency based in Belfast who are seeking a Recruitment Administrator.

The role will involve supporting the General Manager with all Administration and smooth running of the office.

The Right role:

  • Key point of contact for clients, identifying their needs
  • Registration of candidates, including ensuring full compliance to NMC pin / NISCC / GMC registration
  • Reference checking
  • Placing candidates as per client requirements
  • Reviewing weekly/monthly mandatory information to meet RQIA standards
  • Maintaining records in line with legislative requirements
  • Advertising available shifts on company app
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
  • Filing and archiving
  • Creating and managing documents and spreadsheets

The Right Fit:

  • Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Diplomacy and objectivity when dealing with staff
  • Effective time management skills, including scheduling staff shift patterns and arranging cover if required
  • Flexible with excellent decision-making skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Leadership skills and the ability to provide support and guidance for staff
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong IT skills
