Office Administrator
Job Title: Administrator- Front of House Receptionist
Location: Holywood
Salary and Benefits: Salary £24k - £26k dep on experience.
Hours of work: Office Based- Mon to Fri- 9am-5.30pm
Employment Type- Permanent

The Right Client- My client is a prestigious Consultancy Business based in Holywood. They are now seeking an Administrator / Receptionist to join the team. The role will involve General Administration, Reception and P.A support.
The Right Fit:
Act as the first point of contact to clients and other visitors providing a high quality and professional Reception service as and when required.
Manage calls and other basic queries by phone, email and in person
Manage room bookings and prepare rooms for client and senior management meetings including basic cleaning, making refreshments, setting up IT equipment.
Assist and maintain all admin related to recruitment and the hiring process.
Assist and coordinate induction and onboarding schedules.
Efficient coordination of diaries to include planning for and arrangement of all logistical and practical requirements, and anticipation and resolution of any potential problems
Oversight of client meet & greets including meeting room bookings and set up ahead of the client visit.
Administration in support of the Directors to include monitoring, taking appropriate action in respect of emails and all other incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Developing and maintaining effective manual and electronic filing and archiving systems for Directors.
The Right Role:
Qualifications/Attainments
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
Relevant Experience
At least 2 years’ experience in a busy office environment
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
