Location:  West Belfast

Salary and Benefits: £11.28 per hour- 37.5 hours per week- Mon to Fri 9am-5pm

The Right role:

  • The ideal candidate will carry out the Receptionist/ Admin/ Payroll and some Accounts Duties.
  • Reception duties and dealing with queries
  • Taking calls and passing on messages
  • Admin support to the Team.

The Right Fit:

  • 2 years’ experience in a busy office ideally with Accounts/ Payroll experience
  • 2 years experience of the provision of quality administrative support
  • GCSE English & Math’s at Grade ‘C’ or above or equivalent
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office applications in particular excel.
  • Previous reception experience
