The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful Business who due to continued growth and success are seeking a Marketing Manager.

The Right Role:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the growth of the Business and will devise and implement the marketing strategy and tactical plans.

Accountable for multiple areas, including brand and content, campaigns, events, the website and lead generation, the Marketing Manager will ensure a full understanding of the company’s strategic challenges and demonstrate breadth of knowledge of a wide variety of marketing disciplines to generate plans to meet required lead and sales targets.

The Right Fit:

The successful candidate will have 8-10 years marketing experience, including at least 3 years coaching and managing teams. Experience in the following areas is key:

• Strategy
• Branding
• Digital campaigns (using platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook)
• SEO and retargeting
• Website design and management (UX experience desirable)
• Events
• Content planning

As we operate an inbound marketing strategy, the successful candidate will need to be an expert storyteller, able to produce compelling long and short form copy.

Marketing degree or equivalent CIM qualification essential. Knowledge of HubSpot would be advantageous.
