H.R Administrator- Part Time- 30 Hours

Job Title:  H.R Administrator

Location:  Belfast – Hybrid working available

Salary and Benefits: £21k per annum- pro rata

Hours of work: 30 hours per week/ flexibility can be offered along with Hybrid working

Employment Type- Permanent

The Right role:

  • Making sure all new start paperwork has been completed
  • Checking over ID and other confidential documents
  • Chasing outstanding paperwork
  • Speaking to various departments
  • Managing a busy workload

The Right Fit:

Previous experience in a similar role: Recruitment Administrator, Onboarding Administrator, HR Administrator or similar

Strong communication skills both over the phone and via email

Have a positive and productive attitude

Grade A-C in English and Maths
