Salary and Benefits: up to £25k per annum

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful Business based in Comber who are looking for an Accounts Administrator for a 9 month Maternity contract.
The Right role:
• Take control of the purchase ledger function ensuring compliance with the internal financial controls &
procedures manual.
• Process multi-currency invoices.
• Accurately reconcile supplier statements on a monthly basis.
• Prepare BACS payment runs.
• Processing of expense claims.
• Resolve invoice queries promptly and efficiently.
• Communicate with suppliers in a professional manner.
• liaise closely with other departments
The Right Fit:
• Experience of working in the Purchase ledger in a busy office environment.
• Proven competency of working in, and knowledge of, a computerised accounting system, financial
reporting, and control software (ideally Sage, but not essential).
• Strong knowledge of computer-based presentation software especially MS Excel & MS Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Good time management skills with the ability to turn work around quickly and accurately
• Ability to work under pressure whilst meeting deadlines
