Job Title: Sales Administrator / Coordinator

Location: Belfast ( BT3 )

Salary and Benefits: Salary up to £23,000

Hours of work: 9am – 5pm – 1 hour for lunch

Employment Type- Permanent

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with my client a successful Transport and Logistics company based in BT3. Due to the success of the Sales department which was established over a year ago they are now keen to recruit a Sales Administrator to join the team. The role will offer the opportunity for progression.

Due to the location of the office a full driving licence and access to a car is essential.

The Right role:

To respond quickly and efficiently to incoming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and
email.
To record the progress of all enquiries and translate into reports, including trend analysis,
future predicted sales and other reports as directed by Sales Director.
When required, to coordinating and arranging sales calls and customer visits for the
Sales Department
Liaising with relevant operational departments follow through on quotations.
Assist in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales Director.
To provide input and ideas into marketing initiatives.
Promotion of the Group logistics services through a pro-active approach.

The Right Fit:

At least 2 years of sales support or customer service experience
Previous experience in a Sales Environment or of producing quotes for customers
Possess experience in a sales environment or of
