Job Title: Receptionist / Administrator

Location: Belfast – BT9

Salary and Benefits: £20-£22k dep on experience

Hours of work: 9am-5pm

Employment Type- Permanent

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a Private Medical Clinic with the Recruitment of a Receptionist / Administrator.

The Right role:

Duties of the role will include:

· Meet and Greet Patients on Arrival

· Deal with all Telephone queries in a polite manner

· Maintain all Patient records

· Scanning all Patient Documentation

· Booking new Patient Consultations

· Re-scheduling appointment as required

The Right Fit:

Candidates must have at least 1-2 years’ experience working within a busy Healthcare environment. Proficient in all MS packages and educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
