Property Support Executive – Belfast
Nominate Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a highly successful Property Management company based in Belfast to recruit a Property Support Executive. Location: Belfast (Office Based)
Salary - £35k per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.15pm
Employment Type: Permanent
About the Role
The Property Support Executive is a vital member of the property management team, providing both administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of property-related processes. You will assist with tenant relations, maintain property records, coordinate maintenance requests, and support wider property management activities to enhance tenant satisfaction and overall property performance.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Tenant Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for tenants, handling queries, concerns, and maintenance requests professionally.
- Facilitate effective communication between tenants and the property management team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
🔹 Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, including leases, tenant information, and maintenance logs.
- Prepare and distribute documentation such as newsletters, reports, and property updates.
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports, including tracking property-related expenditure.
🔹 Maintenance Coordination
- Log and coordinate tenant maintenance requests, liaising with service providers for timely completion.
- Monitor ongoing works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
- Maintain schedules for routine inspections and planned maintenance.
🔹 Contractor & Vendor Management
- Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure services are completed on schedule.
- Assist in managing contracts, performance reviews, and maintaining contractor records.
Candidate Requirements
- A degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent.
- Previous experience in property management or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
