Administrator- BT3

Belfast Mon–Thurs 8:30am–5pm, Fri 8:30am–4pm

Salary- £24k - £25k per Annum

Due to the location, access to a car would be advantageous.

Nominate Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a reputable Building Solutions company based in Belfast who are seeking an Administrator to join their team.

This is a full-time, office-based role offering an immediate start. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years’ administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, and strong organisational skills. Due to the location, access to a car would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support to the team
  • Managing and maintaining cash sales records
  • Completing and recording bank lodgements
  • Scanning PODs and filing documentation accurately
  • Emailing invoices and supporting the finance team
  • Assisting with basic credit control duties as required

Essential Criteria:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
