Office Administrator | Specialist Contractor | East Belfast
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8.30am – 5.00pm | Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pm

Nominate Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a well-established Specialist Contractor based in East Belfast who are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their busy team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a varied and rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date employee files, ensuring all documentation is complete, particularly for employees on work visas.
  • Respond to staff queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly payroll spreadsheets – recording hours, deductions, annual leave, and sick leave before submission for processing.
  • Organise staff travel and training arrangements.
  • Manage the ordering of office stationery and supplies.
  • Provide general administrative support as required within a busy office environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong administrative experience within a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
