Job Title:  Receptionist/ Administrator

Location:  Belfast

Salary and Benefits: £22K-£23k  per annum

Hours of work: Office based- 8.30am- 5.30pm- Mon to Friday

Employment Type- Permanent

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a highly Ambitious client based in Belfast. They are now seeking to recruit a Receptionist/ Administrator to join the team.

The Right role:

Management of all front of house duties

Hospitality and Meetings

Setting up of the Boardroom

Managing the upkeep of the office

Ordering Stationary and other office equipment

Support the Admin and Finance Teams

Processing orders

Dealing with general queries

 

The Right Fit:

You will ideally have 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role and  be proficient in all MS packages.
