HR Business Partner

Job Title:  H.R Business Partner

Location:  Belfast

Hours of Work- Flexible start and finish times and finish at 1pm every Friday.

Salary and Benefits: £35k- £40k per annum

Employment Type- Permanent

The Right role:

• Contributing to the delivery of the HR strategy.
• Ensuring that HR support is aligned to business objectives.
• With guidance from the Senior HR Business Partner, planning and delivery of HR projects.
• Identify succession requirements to meet changing requirements and ensure that appropriate actions are implemented.
• Conducting welcome and induction meetings with all new employees.
• Working in partnership with supervisors and managers to create and implement effective onboarding plans including induction plan, 6-month KPIs etc.
• Ensuring onboarding, induction and training of any new HR Staff
• Supporting the Senior HR Business Partner to monitor employee resources within each business area to identify and plan employee resource requirements, work to secure and achieve the agreed resource mix.
• Identify succession requirements to meet changing requirements and ensure that appropriate actions are implemented.

 

The Right Fit:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related Discipline
• Minimum of 2 years HR generalist/Business Partnering experience within a fast-paced environment.

Or:

• A minimum of 5 years HR generalist/Business Partnering experience within a fast-paced environment.

CIPD Qualification Level 5 and above (or equivalent)
