Client Project Administrator

Job Title:  Client Project Administrator

Location:  Belfast City Centre- Office Based- 8.30am-5.00pm or 9am-5.30pm.

Salary and Benefits: Salary up to £27k plus excellent benefits

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week

Employment Type- Permanent

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a highly successful Consultancy/ Training provider based in Belfast. Due to continued demand for their services they are seeking a Client Project Administrator.

The Right role:

Duties of the role will include, the day-to-day co-ordination of business operations; Sales and Marketing; Finance; HR; Annual Budget/Capital Management, Project & Programme Management, I.T. and Onboarding. 

  • Scheduling Courses and Development Programmes

 

  • Preparing Course Materials

 

  •  Course Evaluation

 

  • Invoicing Clients

 

  • Reporting

 

The Right Fit:

  • Administration experience/background.  Graduate with relevant placement year will be considered.
  • Proficient in the full Microsoft Suite of Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.).
  • Excellent standard of verbal and written English, and good maths.
  • Detail oriented, strong organisational skills with the ability to achieve goals by utilising formal and informal organisational networks.  Multitasker with ability to prioritise.
  • Experience of working with external clients.
  • Self-starter, willing to work with groups and / or alone until goal completion.
