Job Title: HR Systems Analyst

Location: Belfast

Salary and Benefits: Salary- Up to £30k per annum

Hours of work: Flexible start and finish times and finish at 1pm on a Friday

Employment Type- Permanent

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with highly reputable company in Belfast who are looking for a HR System Analyst.

The Right role:

· Responsible for running weekly reports for sickness and absence for all sites and share with HR Business Partners

· Responsible for running a report on time keeping on a weekly basis for all sites and share with HR Business Partners

· Run a monthly report for all sites to cleanse system data and ensure all employee information is accurate.

· Responsible for running annual leave reports

· Producing the quarterly HR Analytics dashboard

Supporting the HR team with reporting and data analysis when requested.

· Support in the automation of current manual processes

Participate in the implementation and improvement of the various modules and feature functionality

Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation of processes, workflows and all other records related to the HR function in the system

The Right Fit:

Ideally you will have at least2-3 years’ experience in a similar role. Be able to work to tight deadlines and deliver reports and findings to the Senior Management team.
