Job Title:  H.R Team Leader

Location:  Belfast

Hours of Work- Flexible start and finish times and finish at 1pm every Friday.

Salary and Benefits: Up to £38k per annum

Employment Type- Permanent

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with one of Northern Ireland’s success stories. Due to continued growth they are now keen to recruit a H.R Team Leader.

The Right role:

Motivate and develop high engagement across the team.

Provide team members with feedback and coaching to ensure individual competence to ensure high team performance

Responsible for scheduling team meetings, individual 1-2-1s, individual development and training.

Monitor team performance and report on metrics

Plan and organise team building activities

 

Responsible for day-to-day operational work allocation and performance standards.

Coordinate the teams daily work tasks, including setting of clear team goals and KPIs

Ensure delivery of outputs, in a timely and effective manner meeting agreed and established KPIs and
other metrics

To review and improve HR administrative processes and delivery.

 Ensure all contractual communications meet the required standard, are professional and accurate
 Accountable for audits of data when required.

Ensure all people administration processes across the employee lifecycle are completed accurately and in accordance with KPIS’s and other metrics
 

The Right Fit:

Ideally you will have 2-3 years’ experience of leading and motivating a HR team in a fast paced environment.
