Senior HR Business Partner

Job Title: H.R Senior Business Partner

Location: Belfast

Hours of Work- Flexible start and finish times and finish at 1pm every Friday.

Salary and Benefits: £45- £50k per annum

Employment Type- Permanent

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with one of Northern Ireland’s success stories. Due to continued growth they are now keen to recruit a Senior H.R Business Partner.

The Right role:

· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

· Report to the Group Director on delivery of the HR strategy and operational plan, ensuring the HR support is aligned to business objectives.

· Partner and lead in the ongoing development and improvement of the HR function.

· Assist Yard Operations with the day-to-day management of assigned labour levels to meet business requirement.

· Lead complex projects and HR operations workstreams with HR BPs.

· Motivate staff, providing regular supervision, feedback on performance and providing constructive encouragement for improved future performance.

· Responsible for work allocation, performance standards, annual reporting, training and personnel management including welfare and discipline.

· Responsible for day-to-day operational decisions.

 

The Right Fit:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related Discipline
• Minimum of 3 years H.R Business Partnering experience within a fast-paced environment.

Or:

• A minimum of 5 years HR generalist/Business Partnering experience within a fast-paced environment.

CIPD Qualification Level 5 and above (or equivalent)
