HR Administrator

Job Title: H.R Administrator

Location: Belfast

Hours of Work- Flexible start and finish times and finish at 1pm every Friday.

Salary and Benefits: £24k- £26k per annum

Employment Type- Permanent

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with one of Northern Ireland’s success stories. Due to continued growth they are now keen to recruit a H.R Administrator.

The Right role:

· Compiling interview packs and responding to all general recruitment queries.

· Scheduling of interviews and assessment testing.

· Responsible for pre-employment checks for new employees including eligibility to work in the UK, references, proof of ID, security checks and qualifications.

· Issuing HR related documentation including offer letters, contracts of employment, variations letters etc.

· Ownership of new starter checklist.

· Liaising with procurement, IT and Finance to ensure new employees are fully equipped.

· Preparing all induction packs and paperwork.

· Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new employees.

The Right Fit:

Ideal candidates will have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a busy HR environment.

CIPD qualification is desirable
