Job Title:  Accounts Assistant

Location:  Belfast – Boucher Road

Salary and Benefits: £23k- £25k per annum

Hours of work: 9am-5pm Mon to Fri- can be flexible with start and finish times

Employment Type- Permanent

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a fantastic company based on Boucher Road who are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join the team.

The Right role:

  • Matching, batching, and coding purchase ledger invoices for all Belfast office including Stock and non-stock
  • Supplier reconciliations and payment run presentation
  • Intrastat Return
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Petty cash reconciliation
  • Liaising with other finance staff, operational staff, and managers

The Right Fit:

Ideal candidates will have :

  • 1+ years’ experience in an accounts role or a graduate with some prior Accounts experience/placement year.
  • Willing to learn
  • Strong communication & organisational skills.
