Job Title: Sales Support Administrator

Location: Belfast – BT3

Salary and Benefits: Salary will depend on experience

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week

Employment Type- Permanent

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a family owned and successful Business based in BT3 area of Belfast who are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join the team.

The Right role:

To respond promptly to incoming sales enquiries received by phone and e-mail,
directing to the appropriate sales representatives within the business as well as
customer queries and resolving customer service issues


Support the Sales team, ensuring that all customer needs are clearly understood
and requirements are met on a timely and professional manner

Manage customer and delivery documentation ensuring that it is prepared, sorted
and arranged in line with the established process

Assist in the preparation of documentation for tender responses including
preparation of quotations and presentations

Process sales orders and liaise with the sales team to confirm that order
requirements are clearly specified, ensuring that the correct product is sourced
from the supplier to meet project requirements

Liaise closely with the purchasing and operations departments and key suppliers
to confirm product specifications and lead times are in line with requirements;

The Right Fit:

A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), Grade C or above
including English and Mathematics

Evident experience in a customer services or sales support role.

Strong IT skills with experience in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and

Power Point).
