Sales Support Administrator

Job Title:  Sales Support Administrator- Temporary – Part Time

Location:  Glengormley / Belfast

Salary and Benefits: £11.00 per hour

Hours of work: Part time 3 Days Tues, Thurs and a Friday is essential- 9.00am-5.30pm

Employment Type-  Temporary 3 months- could be extended thereafter

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a highly recognized Beauty Business who due to increased demand are seeking a part time Sales Support Administrator for a period of 3 months.

The role is part time- 3 days – Tues, Thurs and a Friday. 9am-5.30pm

The Right role:

  • Keying in of orders
  • Creating commercial invoices where required for shipping and uploading to warehouse
  • Tracking shipped orders and providing references to relevant team members
  • Ship confirmation of orders on system if needed
  • Flagging batch queries and adjusting system as required.
  • Credit limit checks on customer accounts and flagging any issues that may rise from this.
  • Providing order logs to senior members in team for review
  • Following up on order tracking with UPS, if issues arise

The Right Fit:

Ideal candidates will have previous Admin experience and be highly proficient in MS Packages. You must be available for an immediate interview and start.
